How to book

Before making a booking please check our availability & fees.

All bookings require a completed booking form for either a single event or multiple/repeated bookings. At time of booking please confirm you have read the terms & conditions.

Payment can be paid by electronic transfer. Our account details will be sent when your booking is confirmed by the Bookings Team. We accept bank transfer payments and are still able to accept cheques if necessary.

This may also be paid by electronic transfer or cheque. No deposit is required when booking multiple or repeated regular and repeated dates or events.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

If your booking requires to be cancelled a refund may be given in relation to our Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you have read these.

Help & guidance

Kirkbampton Hall holds a premises licence, necessary for large events (over 80 people or so), events where the general public pay an admission charge (including charity events), film shows, and other regulated entertainments. To find out more and if your event requires licensing click here
