Booking Form

For all bookings please use the form below. 

On completion of the form and the Hall Booking Team checking the dates are available, you will receive confirmation of your booking and an invoice.

Payment is required within 48hrs of you receiving our confirmation and only then will the date be reserved on the calendar.

The Hall Committee cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred by you prior to your event being added to the calendar.

Bookings can be cancelled up to a week ( 7 days )  before the booking date for a full refund. After that refunds are paid at the discretion of the Booking Team.
