Hire of any or all of the rooms includes use of the crockery, cutlery, toilets, cloakroom, etc.

All charges cover Performing Rights and the Premises Licence. Bar licences are available, arranged by the hirers chosen bar provider and not the Hall Committee.
The Hall should be supplied to users in a clean and tidy condition, and users are expected to leave the hall in the same condition. Since the introduction of restrictions imposed on the hall regarding wheelie bins, hirers are requested to take away any significant quantities of litter, rubbish, or recyclable materials resulting from their own use.
If hired rooms aren’t left clean there will be a ‘minimum’ charge of £20 depending on cleaning involved.
Hire of equipment for outside use depending on availability
Tables £2 per unit per day – Chairs £1 per unit per dayday.
Setting up charge –
These charges assume the hirer will set up for their hire and clear up afterwards.
If hirers need the Hall Committee to arrange setting out tables, chairs etc and clearing up afterwards an additional charge of £40 will be applied to the account.
If the event requires a specific seating plan the hirer will need to be present or provide a plan for the team to work from.
Use of Table Cloths – A surcharge will be made for washing table cloths after use.
Use of Chair Covers – A surcharge will be made for washing chair covers after use.
