PURPOSE
The purpose of the Kirkbampton Village Hall 100 Club is to maintain and develop facilities for the Village Hall as a resource for the community.
RULES
1 The 100 Club will be run in annual cycles starting in November and will hold monthly draws with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Annual fees are due by 30th October latest.
2 For a cost of £12 per year (£1 per draw) you will be allocated a number which will be entered into each draw (the same number each time). An individual can buy more than one number. You will be issued a ticket with your number for reference.
3 The fee for each number is to be paid annually in advance by 30 October and is non-refundable. Each number is deemed to have been reserved from the first draw it is entered until the end of that annual cycle and is not transferable.
4 Payment can be made by cash or cheque (made payable to Kirkbampton Village Hall). Individuals can join at any time during the year by paying pro rata for the remaining months of the annual fee.
5 The prizes will be apportioned as : 1st prize £30, 2nd prize £20, 3rd prize £10.
6 The 100 Club is a registered small society lottery, Permit number SLO397, and is open to all local residents, their family and friends. Members must be aged 18 or over.
7 The draw will be organised by members of the Village Hall Committee, conducted in the presence of two or more persons including at least one Village Hall Committee member.
8 The winners will be paid by cash.
9 The name and numbers of each month’s winners will be posted in the Parish magazine and on the Village Hall website. Every effort will be made to contact winners by telephone if we have your details.
10 The 100 Club will be run by Kirkbampton Village Hall Committee. In the case of any dispute the decision of the Committee will be final.
11 If, after 6 months, a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into Village Hall funds.
12 Your personal details will be stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
